the challenge
Kopke Wine Group is a collection of Portugal’s famed port houses and wineries, including historic brands like Kopke, Cálem, São Luiz, and Quinta da Boavista. Kopke Group wanted to accelerate direct-to-consumer growth in the U.S. with the launch of their dedicated U.S. Shopify website and online store. The challenge was demand generation: building brand awareness in a competitive category, driving qualified traffic to the new store, and converting that traffic into first-time U.S. customers.
our solution
We developed and executed a full-funnel advertising strategy across Google and Meta designed to guide U.S. buyers from discovery to purchase. At the top of the funnel, we launched brand awareness and prospecting campaigns to introduce Kopke to new audiences and build efficient reach. In the consideration phase, we optimized for high-intent site traffic and product discovery, aligning messaging and creative to key categories and seasonal opportunities. At the bottom of the funnel, we deployed structured retargeting campaigns—using dynamic and segmented audiences—to re-engage visitors, reinforce product value, and convert high-intent shoppers into customers. The result was a cohesive paid media system that increased visibility for the U.S. store, grew traffic, and consistently moved users through the funnel toward sales.
